Mayor's Choice - May 4, 2009

The first event of 2009 was a hit!!! The weather did us a favor and blue skies prevailed. 

Wow ... There were approximately 200 cars for our first night, 4 cruisers coming from Mercer, Pa., 3 cruisers from Amherst, and a beautiful mustang from Mentor. The mustang club usually travel together to cruises and also brought a “Bullet” the Steve McQueen movie car replica.

The Winner's Circle

Left to right: Don Sitts, Sponsor of Riverfront Cruise, Dayton Ford & Friend, Featured Car Winner of the Night for their 1969 Elcamino, Cuy.Falls Mayor, Don Robart, & Blaine Conley, Cruise Director. Dayton has been coming to our cruise since it started very faithfully every Monday. Purchased the 1969 Elcamino “years” ago for $1200.00 new.

Cuyahga Falls Mayor Don Robart and wife, Cecelia. The mayor has been proud to have the Don Sitts Auto Riverfront Cruise in his city for 4 years.

Featured car winner, Dayton Ford helped Don Sitts pull the winning ticket for the 50/50 Raffle, with the pot at $516, the winner on the left took home $258!!!
